Welcome!

Justice for Special Needs, Inc. is a Real non-profit organization founded by Valerie Ratcliff Walsh. After incorporating and reaching out to several city and state organizations, suddenly someone started reporting that our organization is not real to prevent our growth and reach. We believe it is possibly a combination of schools, people and organizations (possibly city and state who don't want us to succeed, because they refuse to help certain black and minority special needs people but allow them to continue to be hurt), also some who have directly hurt special needs children and adults, and those participating in crimes against special needs people and their families. Please look up our corporation online and our founder. THIS IS A REAL LEGAL ORGANIZATION. We are building more and more services that help Special Needs people and protected classes.

We are NOT affiliated with The New York State Justice Center for the Protection of people with special needs.

Justice for Special Needs is a non-profit organization that seeks justice for underserved and rejected special needs people, brings awareness, provides educational services, social space, referrals, help and services for Special Needs People and their families. We also partner with other individuals and non-profits. It's time for Special Needs People and their Families to have a safe space and a system that really helps.

Special Needs Students and Special Needs people in general are underserved, mistreated, abused, targeted & sometimes left to die. This cannot continue. We cry out "JUSTICE FOR SPECIAL NEEDS"

Help Special Needs Students and families who are harassed and hurt get Justice.

Crooked Schools and their administration allow ans possibly even ask their friends and people around the school to help them retaliate and harass special need students and families.
